I run 3ish times a week between 4-8 miles, and the app works well for that. I really like the elevation graphs and speeds. I wish that it could do what Ive seen the Nike app do which is track your changes in pace throughout the course map but thats just me being needy. I really do love the app and on my 200th mile using the app, I got a 40% coupon for under armour!!!!!
